Het bewaren van de maandelijkse loonfiches of loonstroken is niet nodig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wel is het zinvol om deze documenten het best <strong>nog vijf jaar na uitdiensttreding van de werknemer<\/strong> bij te houden met het oog op mogelijke disputen. Daarna is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om deze op een veilige manier te vernietigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let op<\/strong>: heb je nog betalingen uitgevoerd na uitdiensttreding, dan geldt hier een afwijkende verjaringstermijn.
