Die termijn van vijf jaar geldt ook voor facturen en honoraria van je notaris. Al zit je dan niet met de looptijd van je krediet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een gelijkaardige termijn is van toepassing op huurcontracten (<a href=\"https:\/\/izimi.yaqa.be\/nl\/faqs\/hoelang-huurcontract-bewaren\/\">Hoelang huurcontract bewaren?<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat met documenten van verzekeringen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Net zoals de papieren van je hypotheek, hou je <strong>verzekeringsdocumenten bij zolang ze relevant zijn<\/strong>. Met andere woorden, zolang de verzekering of een vergoedingsprocedure loopt, plus vijf jaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vergeet daarbij ook niet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>mogelijke toevoegingen of aanpassingen<\/li><li>bijzondere voorwaarden<\/li><li>betalingsbewijzen van levensverzekering<\/li><li>overlijdensverzekering met fiscale aftrekbaarheid<\/li><li>of uitbetalingen van het kapitaal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Wist je dat je ook na het verstrijken van een verzekeringscontract nog altijd een claim kan indienen voor schade.
